Indoor Air Quality is, pardon the pun, a breath of fresh air. Our ac unit broke during the hottest July in CO. Needed replacement, along with the furnace, due to age. First thing Pat says, “it’s hot in here, let me go outside and see if I can fix your ac so you’re at least comfortable in the meantime.” Appointment was thorough, informative and straight to the point. Good equipment, fair price, trustworthy people. Quote emailed same day. Added bonus, no two day install like other companies. They bring 5-6 guys and are done in half a day. It’s been two weeks with our new HVAC system and we absolutely love it! Not a single problem because it was installed by experienced professionals. 5 stars! Edit three years later: I signed up for a different service provider that covered plumbing, hvac, etc and that membership came a few things, including an ac inspection. Long story short, I was reminded why I’m so thankful to have IAQ’s number. I called Joe to come out to my house again and thankfully Indoor Air Quality had way more information, care, and clarity in pricing and how it all works than the other service. And Indoor Air Quality works with Xcel for their rebate program!

I’m so grateful we found Indoor Air Quality. They are easily the best and most trustworthy HVAC company in Denver. The way they operate feels like a hometown local business.
I had another company come out and work on my furnace who quoted a really high price to install a new mini split unit and charged me every time a tech came by my house. So I called Indoor Air Quality for a quote and not only was their price way more reasonable, Joe took the time to tell me what was wrong and why, and what they would recommend I do on my own and what to check on for the other unit that didn’t need work. We have been customers of IAQ for many years and cannot say enough good things about them!   They have always done a great job and are honest and trustworthy.
Years ago we had a tricky problem with our air conditioner. They came back a few times, until the problem was solved. Several months later I realized that they had never billed me ( they were waiting until the problem was corrected).
I called them and they told me not to worry about it!  They had my business from that moment on!

Best customer service and quality I have ever seen in an HVAC company!   Just got home from vacation and walked into an 84° house at 7:30 PM at night.   They were here the next day at 10:30 AM and fixed the issue within 15 minutes!   No upsell or money making recommendation.   Joe and Pat go out of their way to accommodate their customers, and I have used them for both my rental house and primary residence and would recommend them to anyone.
