With 44 years of experience in the HVAC industry, Joe Collida brings extensive technical knowledge and a strong commitment to customer service to Indoor Air Quality, Inc. His goal is to make every customer feel informed, comfortable, and confident in their home comfort decisions.
Joe enjoys helping homeowners understand their options and choose the systems and solutions that best fit their homes, needs, and budgets. His combination of hands-on technical expertise and a genuine desire to help people has been a cornerstone of his approach throughout his career.
When he’s not helping customers improve their home comfort, Joe and his wife Darlene enjoy traveling and experiencing new places.
Pat Comeford
Pat Comeford is one of the leaders of Indoor Air Quality, Inc. and has helped build the company around craftsmanship, honesty, and long-term customer relationships.
Pat’s approach is rooted in solving the actual problem, not selling the most expensive option. His experience, technical knowledge, and commitment to doing right by customers help set the tone for the entire company.
Together, Pat and Joe remain closely involved in the business and continue to guide the next generation of Indoor Air Quality.
Erick Garlid
Erick Garlid is Joe’s nephew and part of the next generation of Indoor Air Quality, Inc. He works under Joe and Pat, learning the company’s standards firsthand and helping carry forward the repair-first, customer-first approach that has earned IAQ its reputation.
Erick represents the future of the company — not as part of a corporate expansion plan, but as part of a family business that intends to keep serving Denver Metro homeowners for years to come.
Cooper Comeford
Cooper Comeford is Pat’s son and part of the next generation of Indoor Air Quality, Inc. Like Eric, Cooper is working alongside Joe and Pat, learning the technical side of the business as well as the values behind it.
