Air Conditioner Installation

The harsh sun that shines on the Denver metro area can produce some very hot days during our warmer months. Having a reliable air conditioner installation (A/C) in your home can ease the discomfort of those hot days. At Indoor Air Quality, Inc. we can help you determine the right size of air conditioner for your home and expertly install your new system. Whether you are replacing a worn out air conditioning system or starting from scratch, we have the technical know-how to keep your home cool by installing extremely quiet and energy efficient air conditioning systems to add value to your home and save you money. Utility rebates are even available for some models.

Today’s air conditioners are far more energy efficient than the models that are 10+ years old. We offer several different types of air conditioners, including the popular Rheem air conditioners.

Air Conditioner Load Calculation

Before we recommend or install any new air conditioner in your home, the technicians at Indoor Air Quality, Inc. will perform an A/C load calculation. This is a very important process, as it allows us to determine the right size system to effectively and efficiently cool your home. If you have a model that is too large, it may run too frequently, which can unnecessarily overburden your air conditioning system and make it expensive to run.

The load calculation takes into consideration the age of your home, its size and layout, how much shade is provided by trees and overhangs and what direction it faces. Our technicians also examine the:

  • Insulation: windows, roof and walls
  • Windows: Amount and size
  • Roofing: Type and condition
  • Ductwork: Layout and efficiency

We will also ask what indoor temperature is most comfortable for you and how many people reside in your home. All of this information will help us determine the proper size air conditioning system for your unique home situation.

Indoor Air Quality, Inc. includes a five-year parts and labor warranty on all air conditioning installations, and every technician at Indoor Air Quality, Inc. is North American Technician Excellence, Inc.
