“Joe serviced my Rinnai Tankless Water Heater. The unit was turning itself off after a few minutes – this supposed to be continuous and was for a few years after originally being installed. The problem was the altitude switch was never set properly – the result of the improper setting was the burn was incomplete causing, over time, deposits of soot making things all the worse. A straightforward cleaning of the heat passages was not enough. With effort and expertise, Joe cleaned up ALL the impacted components. Fantastic!
